“Worked on both traditional and Scrum projects with great results. We were sorry to see him go.” — Anna Farr

I elevate teams.
I clear the path.
I ship products.
The hardest problems in software delivery are people problems. I read rooms. I can tell you who’s disengaged, what the real blocker is, and where the process will crack next quarter, before a single metric turns red. Twenty years of paying attention will do that.
I match my approach to the team. A struggling team gets structure, investment, and a reason to believe. A capable team gets autonomy and someone removing obstacles they did not see coming. I operate at whatever level the work requires, across IT, software, and cross-functional teams, from training a Scrum Master on the proper application of a methodology to setting delivery strategy for executive leadership.
Career Trajectory
Work Experience
Head of Process / Lead Scrum Master
2022 – 2026
I walked into a studio with no delivery rhythm and built the framework that held for four years.
- ·Architected the studio's end-to-end delivery framework from nothing, compressing a 5+ month release cycle to a repeatable 3-month cadence that held for four years of Halo Infinite's live service lifecycle.
- ·Designed and implemented the planning infrastructure that gave leadership, release engineering, franchise, and community real-time delivery visibility and cross-team dependency accountability for the first time.
- ·Brought Jira to the studio and later led the full ADO-to-Jira migration for 200+ people: backend configured in 3 weeks, first full 11-team project migrated by week 5, zero disruption to delivery.
- ·Built a PMI-aligned product delivery framework using GitHub Copilot CLI that established clear role accountability and cut unnecessary process overhead across the studio.
- ·Developed 5 Scrum Masters into senior-level practitioners spanning IT, franchise, support, and software project teams.
- ·Created the studio's most trusted internal forum: open office hours that grew from zero to 45 voluntary attendees across all disciplines.
Senior Project Manager (ePMO) / Scrum Master
2020 – 2022
A blown-budget portal projected to be 2 years late. I cut it to 3 months, full quality.
- ·Took command of a blown-budget, off-schedule consumer portal, rebased the schedule, restructured vendor accountability, and cut a projected 2-year overrun to 3 months with full quality.
- ·Redesigned vendor governance from the ground up, resolving a six-month third-party blockage in a single call.
- ·Drove the Professional Services integration that expanded the portal from a consumer MVP into a full-service platform.
- ·Served as the VP of Project Management's most trusted strategic advisor, shaping hiring decisions and operational strategy.
- ·Delivery model credited by name as a direct contributor to Elevations earning their second Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Director, Delivery Operations
2019 – 2020
22-person startup with broken processes. I built real operations from the ground up.
- ·Built the entire delivery operations function: project plans, scheduling, accountability, and reporting.
- ·Owned the full people lifecycle for 15 engineers and QA: coaching, reprimanding, releasing, hiring.
- ·Worked with sales to turn undefined offerings into real scoped products clients could understand and buy.
- ·Rebuilt client trust through direct communication and delivery transparency they had never had.
Manager, Technical Program Management
2015 – 2019
The dev teams ran Scrum. The PMO still reported in Waterfall. I rebuilt the layer between them.
- ·Rebuilt the PMO from Waterfall to Agile-native, retraining and restructuring the entire team into Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Agile Coaches, and Technical Program Managers.
- ·Founded and led the company's LACE (Lean Agile Center of Excellence), including a Scrum of Scrums and Community of Practice, earning a parent-company Excellence Award.
- ·Directed the company's first-ever PI Planning and Release Train, a cadence still active today.
- ·Promoted to Manager and served as Interim Director with full authority over 15 people, budgets, and value streams.
Program Manager / Implementation Consultant
2013 – 2015
I built the acquisition playbook that turned store closures into a repeatable process.
- ·Designed the acquisition playbook from scratch covering systems, budgets, warehouse ops, POS, and staff training, proved it in the field on the first store closure in Dallas.
- ·Promoted mid-tenure from Implementation Consultant to Program Manager as the model scaled to 90+ locations.
- ·Eliminated $1.3M in recurring annual waste by integrating RSG's system directly into Finish Line's warehouse infrastructure.
Chief of Staff / Program Manager
2012 – 2013
The previous PM walked out the day I arrived. Three product lines, nineteen direct reports, zero framework.
- ·Took command of three simultaneous product lines with no framework, no handoff, and 19 direct reports on day one.
- ·Identified shelved DoD training assets, built the commercial case, secured CECBEMS certification, and brought the world's first digital interactive accredited medical curriculum for first responders to market.
- ·Drove 30% profitability growth within two quarters while executing a full Waterfall-to-Agile transformation.
